Welcome!
i'm dominiqueIf you’ve found your way here, you may be looking for someone who can meet the complexity of your story with care, clarity and steadiness.
about me
For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to understanding the inner lives of people; how thoughts, emotions, identity, culture, and environment interact to shape who we become. I have always been particularly interested in how diversity of experience, neurotype, background, and belonging influence development, attachment, and our sense of meaning across life.
Part of my own lived experience includes growing up across cultures, navigating frequent transitions, and living with ADHD and dyslexia. I’ve experienced personal grief and loss that has shaped the way I approach others with empathy, patience, and genuine compassion.
I believe healing and growth begin with understanding ourselves more gently. When people feel safe enough to explore their experiences honestly — including their fears, contradictions, strengths and struggles — they are often better able to move through life in ways that feel more grounded, meaningful and aligned with who they are becoming.

Meeting You Where You AreWho I support
I work with adults, adolescents, children and families.
Many of the people I support are expats, third-culture individuals, international families, or people who feel caught between places, roles or versions of themselves.
When I work with children and adolescents, I take a gentle and collaborative approach, creating space for the young person while also helping parents better understand and support what may be happening beneath the surface.
Guiding PrinciplesHow I work
My approach is integrative and relational.
I aim to offer a trauma-informed and LGBTQ+-affirming space. In practice, this means I adapt the work to you rather than asking you to fit into one fixed method, and draw on evidence-based approaches, including ACT, CBT and psychodynamic therapy.
